The Lagree Method, created by Sebastien Lagree in the early 2000s, is a high-intensity, low-impact workout designed to deliver fast, long-lasting results. Based on bodybuilding principles, it focuses on core, strength, and endurance, activating up to 600 muscles at once to tone, strengthen, and define the body, while minimizing stress on the joints.

I tried the Lagree method for the first time and I loved the experience. It is an intense but very controlled training, where you work the whole body without impact and with a lot of muscle awareness. I left very happy and with the feeling of having done a very complete and super effective session.
