Lagree Fitness és un mètode d’exercici patentat, una gamma completa de màquines i centenars de clubs arreu del món.
The Lagree Method, created by Sebastien Lagree in the early 2000s, is a high-intensity, low-impact workout designed to deliver fast, long-lasting results. Based on bodybuilding principles, it focuses on core, strength, and endurance, activating up to 600 muscles at once to tone, strengthen, and define the body, while minimizing stress on the joints.
