Lagree Fitness is a patented exercise method, a full range of machines and hundreds of clubs around the world.

The Lagree Method, created by Sebastien Lagree in the early 2000s, is a high-intensity, low-impact workout designed to deliver fast, long-lasting results. Based on bodybuilding principles, it focuses on core, strength, and endurance, activating up to 600 muscles at once to tone, strengthen, and define the body, while minimizing stress on the joints.
