By creating an account or booking a class, you agree to our full Terms of Use , Disclaimer and Privacy Policy . Here is a summary of the key points:

Your Account

You must be at least 16 years old (under 18s require registration from a parent/guardian)
You must provide accurate and truthful information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
One account per person

Reservations

Classes are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
You can choose your space in the facility when it is available.
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist — we'll automatically assign you when space becomes available.
You will receive instant confirmation by email and/or push notification.
The Studio may change instructors, schedules, or cancel classes due to operational needs — we will automatically refund your credit

Subscriptions and Prices

We offer one-time entry credits, class packages, recurring memberships, and introductory offers.
All prices include VAT (21%)
Subscriptions and credits are personal and non-transferable.
Subscriptions expire on the date indicated upon purchase — expired credits cannot be used.
Price changes apply to future purchases only; existing subscriptions remain valid.

Payments

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe and in-person payment.
Memberships automatically renew on the billing date.
Cancel renewal with at least 7 days notice before your next billing date.
Failed payments may result in reservation suspension after two failed attempts

Cancellations

More than 12 hours before class: Credit fully refunded, no penalty
Less than 12 hours before: No credit refund; counts as a no-show
Cancellation for Study: Credit returned automatically, without penalty
Waiting list: Removing yourself from the list more than 2 hours before has no penalty.
14-day withdrawal period: You can cancel and receive a full refund if you purchase online and have not attended any classes
Medical cancellation: Contact us with documentation — we evaluate case by case

Non-Attendances

You lose the reserved class credit.
After 3 no-shows in 30 days, we may restrict your reservations for 7 days.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may count as a no-show — no entry allowed after warm-up begins

Conduct and Safety

Grip socks required at all times -Follow instructor instructions on equipment adjustments
Report injuries or conditions before each class
Respect instructors, staff, and peers
Do not record or photograph others without their consent.

Your Data

bsport acts as data controller; the Studio is the data controller
Stripe processes payments (we do not store full card numbers)
You can exercise your GDPR rights (access, deletion, portability) by contacting us directly.
